How Pronto works with your insurance adjuster
Pronto Restoration is a family-owned company serving Frisco and the DFW area. Our team assesses water damage, removes water, monitors drying, and handles restoration work. We provide itemized estimates and regular progress updates, and we can discuss the work with your adjuster.
For your claim file, ask which inspection findings, photographs, moisture records, and invoices will be available for the work at your home. Agree on who will send each document and answer follow-up questions, then confirm delivery. This helps avoid delays over a record you thought had already been submitted.
A restoration contractor explains the condition of the property and the work it needs. The insurer decides coverage. Public adjusting is a separate licensed role, and Texas restricts public adjusters from also participating in repairs on the same claim. See TDI's adjuster and contractor guidance. Pronto's restoration assistance doesn't guarantee a settlement or replace independent advice about a coverage dispute.
